Office Administrator (Customer facing) (JB1221)

R12 000 – R15 000 CTC per Month
Kitchen design and manufacturing company requires the assistance of an experienced Administrator with the ability to multitask by assisting with various tasks within the business.
Responsibilities:
Full function frontline duties including answering telephones, receiving clients, responding to e-mails, receiving packages and general correspondence
Manage office supplies and order stationery when required
Assist walk-in customers and inbound sales calls
Assist with the management of Social Media posts and the company website
Coordinate and liaise with clients WRT quotes, invoices, follow-ups, statements, and payments
Requirements:
3 + years administration experience
1 + years in a customer facing role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (365 experience preferred)
Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
Must have driver’s license and own transport as you may be required to run errands
The role is best suited to someone that is customer centric, has excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal); has a knack for numbers and is looking for a long-term career
