Overview
UK based entrepreneurial company that is implementing the next stage of their exceptional growth with their new specialist Contact Centre Team in South Africa.  This small team will have the opportunity to create something unique and exciting, within the larger global team as they build a world class, outbound operation – small, agile & niche.
 
The Company develops and markets specialist server appliance products in specific technical niches.  The ideal candidates will have the expertise of an experienced, technically minded B2B outbound lead generation specialist with the ability to have high-level, consultative conversations with international clients.
 
Minimum Requirements:
2 or more years’ experience within a B2B outbound sales role
Previous experience in the lead generation of technical products/ services (IT/ ICT/ IoT)
Proficient in MS Office suites
Fluent in English; an additional language would be extremely advantageous (specifically French, Spanish or Portuguese)
Previous international sales experience would be advantageous
Familiarity with SQL or MS Access would be advantageous
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Targeted research and data gathering
Lead generation through pro-active outbound telemarketing activities
Lead development and closing
Account Management
Aftersales follow ups
Provide assistance to the Channel Account Management team
