R50 – 55 000 CTC per month

A Manufacturing company in Centurion that prides itself on delivering high-quality textiles is currently seeking a seasoned and highly experienced Financial Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of all companies within the group. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial stability, and growth of the company by implementing financial strategies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.


Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CIMA, ACCA) is highly desirable
Minimum of 8 – 10 years experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in a multi-company environment
Experience in SAP, Sage VIP, and Jarrison time and attendance software is essential
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving results and managing teams effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets for each company within the group
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making processes
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations
Monitor cash flow projections and manage cash flow effectively to meet operational needs
Identify potential cash flow risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Optimize working capital management to enhance liquidity and financial stability
Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Implement cost control measures to ensure profitability and sustainability
Monitor expenditures against budgets and take corrective actions as necessary
Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax
Liaise with external tax advisors and authorities to ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns
Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure adherence to relevant laws
Utilize these systems effectively to streamline financial processes and reporting
Provide training and support to finance team members on the use of financial software
