Market Related Per Month plus commission
Kontak Recruitment is currently recruiting and hiring for a Sales Team Leader for a Tertiary private education organisation to increase sales within an academic environment. Previous sales experience within a tertiary academic or tertiary education or tertiary training provider is essential
Grade 12 essential
Relevant qualification/Diploma/Degree with sales and Marketing is advantageous
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role is required
Computer literacy is essential – Ms Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel Etc.
Monitor and motivate direct reports in order to reach agreed sales budgets
Deliver excellent customer service
Carry out accurate and efficient sales related administration
Display and apply extensive product knowledge
Display accurate and efficient use of ICAS and CRM systems
Key Performance Areas:
Sales revenue vs Target
Deliver excellent customer service
Management of sales consultants
Sales administration and reporting
Product knowledge and system usage
May be required to work overtime
May be required to travel and stay overnight if required
Must have a valid driver license and access to own reliable transport
