R6000 – R6500 per month plus incentives
To ensure customer retention by assisting with social media queries, cancellation requests, and salvaging, and transferring courses. Assisting with projects relating to complaints, cancellations, and transfers, including call-out projects.
Educational requirements:
Grade 12
1-2 years of customer service experience
MS Office proficient
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transfers
Processing and submission of authorization vouchers
Social media customer services and query handling
Cancellations – effective response and salvaging
Achieve targets
Reporting and administration
General administration and ad-hoc duties
