Provide support for sales and academic administration by handling enquiries, providing information to potential students via fax, e-mail or printed form and the updating of sales and academic information systems. Assist branch senior management team with diary appointment support, selected filing and typing tasks.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Matric is essential.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is required.
Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
Typing speed of 25 wpm
