During probation period we require 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office
We aim to evolve to fully remote with requirement to report to the office as and when required by the business
Business Analyst will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
Role Purpose and Objectives:
To manage and support applications through business process and technical system analysis, as well as functional design, thus ensuring that the application landscape can support the business objectives and processes.
Design & document business processes and business rules.
Communicate with teams to analyze requirements.
Preparing requirement documentation (BRS) and ensuring sign off by the relevant stakeholders.
Directly involved UI/UX design process for website and app.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Document training manuals for systems.
Assist (when necessary) with systems testing.
Building of business reports in PowerBI.
Collaborate with development team to ensure solution meets the requirements outlined in the specification.
Collaborate with test team to ensure the testing scenarios meets the requirements outlined in the specification.
Providing clear and timeous feedback, and effectively manage business expectations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
Relevant degree in IT / Computer Science/tertiary qualification in Business Analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Technical writing skills preferable
