Digital Marketing Content Administrator/ designer (JB673)
Durban
R15 000 – R20 000 per Month
Contract (3-6 months)
 
Experienced Content Administrator with 2 + years’ relevant experience required to assist the marketing team on a project basis.
 
Responsibilities:
Lead the administration and operational management of marketing platforms related to specific projects in alignment to business objectives
Collaborate with marketing and content creators to plan and develop site content, style and layout
Create and publish engaging content
Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
Graphics design and creation of imagery, icons, diagrams and visual content
Working with a variety of marketing platforms and customer facing systems
Advise on current use of existing systems and propose improvements where relevant
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors/ suppliers on marketing requirements and operations
Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business improvement
Providing clear and timeous feedback, and effectively manage business expectations
 
Requirements:
Grade 12
Digital marketing/ marketing/ journalism or communications qualification would be an advantage
Hands on experience with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and (WordPress or similar)
Strong website CMS and App experience
Basic experience with administration of content management systems/platforms
Basic technical knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and web publishing
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
Previous social media/ online marketing experience
