A marketing services company is seeking a Head of Agency, Bringing together thinkers, content creators and production experts. The Head of Agency will use a combination of strategy, insight, design, multichannel production, and delivery. Devise, manager and execute marketing and communications for brands across the group. The Head of Agency will be a leader, a creative, an inspirational and proactive self-starter with and entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset who thrives on challenge. First class management skills with creative flair and interpersonal skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar
4-5 years of agency experience (managerial experience highly recommended)
Good leadership and people skills
Proven track record of planning campaigns at senior level
Track record of achieving results and affecting change
Established and credible leader with a track record of leading on and off-site teams
Outstanding communication skills
Sound financial commercial skills
High level Organisation of time and people management
Strategic thinker and decisive
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management and leadership of group agency
Motivate, lead, and inspire agency team across creative, digital, strategy and planning and account/brand management
Design and deliver strategies/objectives for the agency
Generate ideas to improve performance and converting opportunities
Work collaboratively across the group on the development of opportunities of new and existing for Organisation
Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge of business improvement
Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly on agency activity keeping management up to speed on performance
Hands on performance to drive sales
Lead on strategy on key projects and marketing departments
Lead on planning and developing insight- based marketing strategies based on quantified business targets
Improve brand awareness and collateral produced
Responsible for agency P & L and budgetary management
Responsible for leading the agency as channels and technology transforms interactions
Work with Senior Leaders to continue to integrate agency services with the wider group propositions to deliver the organizations objectives
Budget Management
Analysis and reporting of results
Campaign planning and strategy
Drive traffic to group and work towards conversion optimization
Track and evaluate performance and behavior
