Requirements:
National Diploma /Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Min 6 years post qualification experience at senior management level in a sales and marketing role
Marketing, sales and data analytics experience preferred
Problem solver, action orientated and innovative
Leading teams and measuring results
Articulate and able to communicate orally and in writing
Innovative and technologically savvy

Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy execution
Sales and marketing management
Creativity and innovation for the brand and advertising
Social media relations management
Reporting
Budget management
Managing resources
Community responsibility – facilitates social responsibility of business
Stakeholder and public interface
Research and developer marketing strategies to best promote products and services
Implement marketing and sales plans and ensure appropriate sales targets are set, reviewed and met
Tracks marketing and sales data and reports to the Executive Committee /Board
Understand business strategy, target markets, products and services and product price points
Researches and develops marketing strategies to translate strategic plan into a relevant marketing and sales strategy aligned to the brand
Details, designs and implements marketing plans for each product as appropriate
Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
Develop sales strategies for various products and buildings and launches, special promotions, sponsored events
Works with head of product development, partner networks and customer experience to maximise marketing and sales opportunities and to review sales targets from time to time
Track sales data and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information to improve marketing and sales performance
Creates and present regular performance reports for management and executives
Provide leadership to sales and marketing teams and assist with hiring, managing and developing individuals
Report to MD and member of MANCO
Compiles management reports
Key community events, functions and meetings
Uphold and demonstrate company values, promoting working environment that is respectful and fosters teamwork
