A prominent solutions provider in South Africa, is actively seeking a Sales Executive who possesses strong technical acumen and exceptional interpersonal abilities to become an integral part of their team. In this role, you will assume the responsibility of promoting and selling the company's comprehensive suite of products designed to enhance and streamline business time and attendance processes. These innovative solutions encompass cutting-edge smart systems that facilitate the precise tracking and monitoring of employee attendance, featuring an extensive array of state-of-the-art Biometric Clocking machines

Minimum Requirements:
Sales experience of at least 2 -5 years
Fast learner and passion for sales
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Competitive – having the desire to be more successful than others.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and communication methods.
Reliable internet connection
Own a car and a valid driver’s license

Duties and Responsibilities:
Active engagement with team members & piers in order to build an exciting and high-performance team and company culture
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Constantly looking for new business avenues and opportunities
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
Build reports - weekly feedback
Establish long-term relationships
