Outbound Sales Agent / Customer Service Agent (JB1132)
Location: Broadway, Durban North
Salary: R 7 000
To start immediately
Minimum Requirements
Matric or equivalent
Two years outbound sales experience
Tertiary education may be preferred
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
Understanding of company products, services, and policies
Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and Excel, and strong typing skills
Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
Strong time management and decision-making skills
Adaptability and accountability
Must be able to meet targets and work under pressure
