R10 000 – R12 000 per month CTC
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide professional, efficient, and effective operational support to the Executive Assistant and the business. The successful incumbent will manage his/her direct reports in such a manner to ensure precision and completeness of work and will provide coaching to team where needed.
Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate.
Qualification in Office Management/Customer service and Sales or related field would be advantageous.
1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Service/ Sales/Administration function. (All three these experiences are required)
Experience within the Healthcare/Financial industry would be advantageous. (This means both financial and healthcare, or only healthcare, if possible)
Own reliable transport.
MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and NEO (Or similar system).
Duties includes, but are not limited to:
Provide professional operational support in executing service and experience delivery to the business.
Manage of direct reports within the customer service team.
Ensure that calls are allocated daily.
Populate daily reports as required by manager.
Check entries on entry-sheet for previous day and analyze same regarding correctness, if query does not contain enough detail, return for amendments.
Escalate trends to direct manager.
Type up correspondences and other administration related duties.
Escalate urgent matters to direct manager for assistance and intervention.
Plan day thoroughly to ensure all tasks are attended to.
Dealing with customers both telephonically and personally, when required.
Compile draft reports monthly for manager to sign off
