R25 000 – R31 000 per month CTC

Must live within the Johannesburg area, candidates looking to relocate to JHB will not be considered
 
Working hours:
08h30 – 17h00 Monday - Friday
 
Essential Requirements: (Must have to be considered)
Grade 12 (Must be completed)
B Com within the financial field
5-6 Years previous working experience within the accounting environment
Must have own vehicle
Must have a valid driver’s license
 
 
Recommended attributes (Not compulsory in order to be considered)
Nice to have:
Microsoft Navision (Nav)
Previous experience within a retail environment
 
Duties and Responsibilities: (You will have to fulfill and must be competent at)
Full function accounting – Income statements, balance sheet, management accounts
Preparation of financial statements
Manage accounting operations
Assist Financial Manager with monthly departmental management and reporting
Invoicing, accounting receivable and accounts payable
Creditors – payment, authorize transactions on accounting software, approve new vendors, loading of creditors, loading payments and reconciliations
Debtors – approval of debtor’s accounts on accounting system
Payment of salaries and preparation of SARS requirements – VAT and PAYE
Payment of assets
Cashbook capturing and reconciliations
Microsoft Navision (Nav)
