A leader in online education that delivers innovative, flexible learning solutions to students worldwide through curriculum-aligned courses, expert educators, and a robust virtual platform, is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their Team. to accelerate its global growth and ensure continued success. This vital role focuses on expanding student acquisition and retention across international markets, fostering strong relationships with audiences and clients, and achieving measurable results in areas such as customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and net promoter score. The Head of Marketing will lead a talented team, develop impactful brand strategies, and elevate engagement through events, webinars, and creative campaigns, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the industry

Minimum Requirements:
Formal marketing, advertising, communications, or related business degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing for brands
At least 4 years’ management experience in an international company
Proficiency in various digital marketing platforms, data analysis, budget management, and project coordination are essential
Proficiency in Webflow and/or Wordpress
Proficiency in Active Campaign or equivalent
Have a hands-on approach and willingness to jump in and get tasks done when needed

Duties and Responsibilities:
General Marketing Responsibilities
Lead and manage digital marketing efforts, focusing on paid media campaigns
Develop and execute comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive enrollment in target territories
Oversee the management and optimization of lead generation websites and social media presence
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating marketing automations within Active Campaign
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives
Analyze data to inform marketing decisions, measure campaign success, and conduct A/B testing for optimization
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals
Provide vital marketing support to the sales team
Spearhead digital marketing, SEO, and brand initiatives
Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
Maintain quality control over deliverables, ensuring high standards for marketing collateral
Manage incoming project requests and oversee their execution
Event Management and Client Relations
Organize and manage school culture events to foster a positive and engaging community environment
Plan and execute client-related events to strengthen relationships and showcase offerings
Host webinars and online engagement initiatives to effectively educate and engage target audiences
Additional Marketing Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver ongoing reports to management, including metrics such as actual vs. expected performance per product, territory, leads, CAC, and budget
Conduct customer segmentation and targeting to tailor marketing strategies effectively
Collaborate on product marketing to support new product launches or updates
Build partnerships and collaborations with organizations or influencers
Develop crisis management and PR response plans
Create content strategies to engage audiences across various channels
Foster innovation and creativity within the marketing team to stay competitive
Ensure proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ads, CRM systems, CMS, project management tools)
Leverage global marketing experience to navigate diverse markets and cultures effectively
Manage and adapt budgets to changing circumstances or emerging opportunities
Explore alternative lead generation and growth hacking strategies to drive results
