R18 000 – R22 000 CTC per month

Overview
Experienced Digital Marketing Specialist required to support the Ecommerce Manager implementing our CRM database strategy, across the company portfolio.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Completed marketing related tertiary qualification
2 or more years digital marketing experience
Email marketing experience with platforms such as Klaviyo
Database management and segmentation experience
Magento and Shopify experience preferred
Suitable home office set up
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating a world class customer experience through strategic and targeted email marketing campaigns
Drive digital sales through segmentation of the database and email campaigns
Conduct split testing on email campaigns, on-site, as guided by the Ecommerce Manager
Have full understanding of the company’s brands and create and publish content that is in line with and adheres to brand guidelines
Support the marketing team with the engagement, documentation and relationship building within the industry and other relevant influencers
Support the roll-out of customer surveys and collation of data and the results thereof
Continually research and identify relevant industry trends, experts, competitors, as well as target audiences and users
Updating site content using the CMS systems
Partner with the online marketing team to ensure seamless, cohesive 360 messaging across all digital communications
Brief the design team to create impactful, on-brand digital assets for on-site and email
Work with the social media and content teams to promote integrated content on-site and via email
