R30 – 35 000 CTC per month
3-Month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of becoming permanent

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join the team as an Account Manager. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage and grow client accounts, ensuring both profitability and long-term success. Someone who thrives on building strong relationships, analyses data, providing actionable insights, and aligning client needs with innovative solutions. A self-starter with excellent communication skills, someone that excels in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field
5 + years’ experience in Account Management preferably within an FMCG environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities:
Define account strategies aligned with client and company objectives.
Develop tactical plans in collaboration with stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
Identify new business opportunities and implement growth initiatives for client accounts.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
Provide strategic advice and implement promotional campaigns.
Analyse trends and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Optimize commercial terms to maximize profitability.
