Claims Assessor (JB265)
Marshalltown
R8000 -R10 000 per month
3 Month contract with the view of permanent
Grade 12
Experience within the insurance sector
Must have experience with funeral policies
RE5 Qualification
Full and accurate assessment of all claim’s documents (all requirements and fraud checks)
Confirm validity of policy and quantum of cover
Appropriate telephonic communication with external parties (undertaker, police, government mortuary, hospitals etc.)
Ensure claim notes and info relevant to specific claim are updated correctly on system
Maintain professional telephonic and written communication with customers both internal and external
Maintain confidentiality – client and company
