Remote Zoho CRM Expert (JB4032)
Remote, for applicants based in SA
Part-Time: R 15 000 - R17 500 per month
Full Time: R30 000 - R35 000 per month

Are you a Zoho CRM Expert looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading international marketing agency?
We are searching for a key player to elevate our clients' sales activities through the enhancement of existing concepts, implementation of automation, and ensuring seamless integration with tools like Asana.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM architecture and functionalities and a full remote setup with load-shedding backup.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM architecture and functionalities.
In-depth understanding of Zoho topics, data management, and automation/workflow design.
Minimum experience in the complete configuration and setup (including workflows and logic) for at least one customer in Zoho CRM.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Challenge and improve existing concepts; optimize sales processes through the setup of Zoho CRM.
Design and implement automation and workflows for all sales activities, including email workflows and sequences for sales and onboarding.
Manage booking of meetings, lead scoring, and deal management within Zoho CRM.
Develop connections and facilitate data transfer to Asana for streamlined collaboration.
Maintain connections with Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Books, and ensure logical coherence.
