A leading company in the international FMCG industry is looking for a Sales and Customer Administrator to join their team.

This is an office-based position, where you will play a crucial role in fostering growth and success for the company. This position requires a dynamic, proactive, and confident individual who excels in both cold calling as well as building relationships with new and existing clients.
As a driven professional, you will be dedicated to achieving outstanding results that contribute to the overall success of the company.

As a key member, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, exploring relationships with new clients, and keeping relationships with existing clients well-established.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
FMCG experience (2-3 years)

Duties:
Execute a weekly call plan targeting current customers to analyze and comprehend demand trends based on product categories and assortments.
Conduct follow-ups on existing orders and provide post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Recognize potential new clients by engaging in cold calling activities to determine product needs and establish appropriate call cycles.
Support the Business Developer in route optimization and logistics planning for efficient operations.
Reach out through cold calls to proprietors of independently owned retail stores.
Independently conduct cold calling to connect with owners of privately owned stores and butcheries.
