Sales Specialist: Waterproofing and Coating (JB4423)
Johannesburg, Gauteng
R15 000 - R25 000 per month CTC plus uncapped commission
Nine-month renewable contract

A leading manufacturer and applicator of waterproofing solutions is looking for an experienced business development executive with a hunting spirit to grow sales and foster new business in the Western Cape region.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and seeking new leads within the commercial and residential space. Your dedication to implementing effective sales strategies will be key. Your primary goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric or equivalent certificate
Proficient in MS Office
Valid drivers license
5 - 10 years experience in a similar field/previous experience in paint application and or waterproofing (would be advantageous)

Duties:
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with key decision-makers such as architects, quantity surveyors, facilities managers, asset managers, construction managers, property managers, property developers, etc.
Specify key products and categories with architects and other key stakeholders in the construction field
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
