Fully remote for applicants currently living in South Africa
R35 000 - R45 000 per month

Seeking an experienced YouTube Analytics/ Channel Growth Manager to Join a pioneering team focused on fostering abundance mindset and meditation practices through engaging YouTube content.
Your goal will be to drive optimization, analyze data, and strategize for audience expansion.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
3 or more years' experience in managing YouTube channels or online brand expansion essential.
Knowledge of YouTube analytics tools and SEO.
Strong analytical skills to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Creative mindset for content creation and engaging audiences.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines through efficient project management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Suitable home office set up.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize YouTube analytics tools for tracking channel performance and identifying areas to enhance.
Analyze audience engagement, demographics, and retention rates for insights.
Implement strategies to boost subscriber count, views, and engagement.
Collaborate with creators to craft compelling content for our audience.
Conduct keyword research and optimize video details for better visibility.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
Monitor competitor channels for innovation opportunities.
Deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
Ability to create/ edit video content is a plus.
