Seeking a creative YouTube Digital Marketing Assistant to boost channel visibility, engagement, and subscriber count through innovative strategies and performance analysis.

Minimum Requirements:
3 or more years' experience in digital marketing or social media management, ideally with a focus on YouTube content.
Proficiency in YouTube analytics and SEO principles is essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration in a remote environment.
Candidates should possess outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creativity in content and marketing strategy development.
Video editing software and skills.
Campaign calendar management.
Suitable home office set up.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support in developing and maintaining YouTube content schedules.
Produce and upload YouTube videos using provided footage and audio.
Optimize video metadata for SEO, including titles, descriptions, and tags.
Engage with audience comments across YouTube and social media channels.
Analyze video metrics to extract insights and trends, reporting findings.
Coordinate production schedules and resources for video shoots.
Stay informed on YouTube trends and best practices.
Integrate YouTube efforts with wider digital marketing strategies.
Leverage AI tools for content creation support.
