Our client offers specialized software solutions and administrative support to healthcare professionals throughout South Africa.
The role entails taking a leadership position to oversee the operational aspects of the helpdesk call centre. Ultimately you would be responsible for onboarding new partners, facilitating training sessions, providing internal IT assistance to staff, undertaking comprehensive system analyses, and conducting inquiries and resolutions.
Requirements:
Ideally, qualified with a Degree in information systems, support centre certifications, A+, N+ and intermediate level SQL.
Extensive expertise in business processes, demonstrating the ability to swiftly grasp and troubleshoot inefficiencies within client business practices.
Robust technical proficiency in software fault-finding investigations, with a focus on advanced analysis in SQL databases.
Accumulated a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in application support within a medical software applications environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in intermediate/advanced SQL queries, along with expertise in investigations and analytics.
Proficient in project management, adept at scheduling, and skilled in coordinating teams.
Experienced in software setup, installation, and user training.
Highly proficient in computer application technology, with a focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Possess advanced skills in remote monitoring, support, investigation, and administration.
Duties:
Manage the overall support desk including the support agents, development schedules, actions and client feedback ensuring service quality complies with policies, procedures and standards.
Head up projects and rollouts.
Ensure that on-site support, training and implementation are carried out effectively and meet client expectations.
Construct and analyse complex/advanced SQL queries; perform in-depth data analysis.
Software installation and training.
Write specs documents for new development requests/changes, user manuals and support process flow and audits.
Application testing for version release.
Assume the POPIA and POPPI deputy compliance roles.
POPIA Deputy/Information Officer Deputy POPPI compliance officer.
Create new reports on Microsoft Report Builder servicing both company and client operational and analytical needs.
Ensure data retention policies are adhered to.
Maintain and update asset register.
