Minimum Requirements:
N3 - N6 Technical Qualification (Red Seal certification is advantageous).
At least 2 years of experience working with fine machinery and mechanics in a production environment.
Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and PLC control.
Strong knowledge of hygiene and health & safety regulations is essential.
Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
Problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Afrikaans as first language will be highly beneficial in the transitioning to Dutch.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technologically advanced machine lines.
Optimize and troubleshoot machinery to ensure peak performance.
Conduct both electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs as needed
Monitor and maintain the technical condition of production lines and installations, including water purification and high-pressure systems.
Ensure strict compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with contractors and suppliers during technical projects, modifications, and repair work.
Be available for after-hours support when necessary.
Participate in a 2-shift work system to ensure continuous production operations.
