Growing hosted voice support team requires an experienced 1st Line Support agent who will be responsible for providing first class, helpdesk style, technical support and services specific to voice products and services.
Requirements:
1+ experience supporting VOIP products
System configurations related to call flows
Network configurations
The ability to triage hosted voice issues
Relevant certifications would be beneficial
Own vehicle/ reliable lift essential due to working hours aligned to the UK (09:30 – 18:30 and 10:30 – 19:30)
Responsibilities:
Provide first class technical support and services specific to telecommunications to clients in South Africa as well as the UK
Resolve queries related to:
Cisco and Yealink handsets
Unify phone systems
PBX Maintenance
Wire Shark
IPV4 configurations
