Senior Payroll Officer (JB1339)
Kempton Park
R30 000 – R40 000 Plus benefits
Experienced Payroll Officer required to assist with a Payroll with 1000 + headcount in 6 different regions throughout Southern Africa.
Requirements:
Matric
2 + years’ experience having worked on Sage 300
Strong MS Office suite with a focus on Excel
4 + years’ experience as a Payroll Officer (Having been responsible for the full payroll function from beginning to end)
Previous experience managing a payroll of 1000 + headcount is essential
Ability to prepare and present financial reports is essential
Previous experience managing payrolling for Southern African countries would be an advantage
Previous experience managing multiple payrolls would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Management of the full payroll function (6 different payrolls)
Accurate completion of month end payroll recons
Accurate completion of payroll related General Ledgers / Journals
Ensure accurate tracking and information capturing pertaining to staff Accounts
Management of staff Pension and Medical Aid benefits/ changes/ updates
Process month end reporting and schedules for various countries within the portfolio
Management of Expat specific payrolls
Administer the Employee Self Service module of VIP SAGE 300 Payroll
Update Payroll SOP process when applicable
Manage employee profiles for leave administration
