R10 000 to R11 000 a month + Target Based Commision
R4500 Vehicle Allowance & R500 Cell Allowance & Company Fuel Card

A company that has emerged as a trailblazer in the Direct Response industry, carving a niche primarily in TV and online marketing is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Representative, to make sales and manage in-store Promoters and merchandisers. Minimum Requirements:
Must have own reliable vehicle and Valid Drivers and a laptop and Smartphone
2 – 4+ years of current experience as a Sales Rep Experience
Must be currently calling on major Retailers eg: Spar
2 – + years of current experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads with retailers

Excellent Listening Skills
Handle negotiations with Polite Persistence
Be Ambitious & have a will to Sell
Coachable & Curious to Learn
Excellent Negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as communicated via Head Office
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules, to call on existing accounts or potential new accounts
Obtain & submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
Managing in-store promoters and merchandisers by motivating and coaching store promoters regarding sales techniques, product knowledge & brand awareness
