Regional Sales Manager – West Africa (JB1131)

International entity with a diverse portfolio requires the expertise of a seasoned Regional Sales Manager with experience within the Nigerian (and West African) telecommunications and electricity utility market.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on sales opportunities
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with decision makers within the telco and electricity utility market and understanding their needs
Networking directly or indirectly with relevant decision makers within the telecoms and utilities space in order to successfully market the company’s services and products
Process Management & coordination of tender evaluations, participations, pre and post bids
Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets (other West Africa countries) and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and possible competitors
Requirements:
Relevant Degree (Engineering, business administration or a related field)
Good understanding of the Nigeria telecom and/ or electricity utility market with previous experience as a BDM or Sales Manager within that sector
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience with electrical or telecommunication equipment would be beneficial
