A prestigious family-owned business, passed down through generations, specializing in importing premium Italian coffee machines and coffees, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Barista Trainer. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, responsible for training and upskilling clients on the various Italian coffee machines and coffee products.

Minimum Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Barista Trainer
Proven ability to train and upskill individuals in a professional setting
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Valid driver’s license (a company vehicle will be provided for travel to clients)
Willingness to travel nationally to clients in other provinces as required
Strong passion for Italian coffee and culture
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
In-depth knowledge of Italian coffee machines and brewing techniques
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to create engaging and informative training sessions
Organisational skills to manage training schedules and client follow-ups
Problem-solving skills to address client queries and technical issues

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on the use and maintenance of Italian coffee machines
Educate clients on the different types of Italian coffee and brewing techniques
Develop and deliver training programs tailored to client needs
Travel to client locations within Johannesburg and occasionally to other provinces for training purposes
Maintain professional presentation and communication skills to represent the brand effectively
Assist in the development of training materials and resources
Provide ongoing support and follow-up training sessions to ensure client satisfaction and proficiency
