Estate Manager (Sectional Title) (JB3028)

R20 000 – R25 000 CTC per month

Overview
Experienced Estate Manager required to effectively manage the day-to-day management of a luxury lifestyle sectional title complex consisting of over 200 units.
 
The role requires a pro-active, energetic and customer centric personality; due to the nature of the role, you would need to be available outside of business hours.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12
6 or more years’ experience managing a sectional title property
Detailed knowledge of the STSMA
Excellent administration skills
Ability to resolve minor maintenance issues
Ability to manage staff and contractors
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the property is well-maintained by conducting daily inspections
Manage repairs and maintenance requests (able to do minor repairs and arrange for contractors for other matters)
Ensure that all areas and facilities of the complex are clean, well maintained and that all equipment is in working order
Ensure that the property is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Respond to residents’ complaints and concerns, addressing any issues that arise
Management of all contractors and labourers as well as internal staff (Full HR function)
Enforce rules and regulations
Establish and enforce SOPs (new residents, exiting residents, access control etc)
Monthly reporting for trustees
Manage clubhouse rental process
