A dynamic company is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join their Team in the LED lighting industry. . In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, assisting with product information, processing orders, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your expertise in LED lighting technology and strong communication skills will contribute to delivering a seamless customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or internal sales role, preferably in the LED lighting or related industry.
Strong knowledge of LED lighting technology, products, and applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries and orders simultaneously.
Proficiency in using Microsoft software.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Adept problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from potential and existing customers regarding LED lighting products, pricing, and availability.
Provide accurate and relevant product information, technical specifications, and other details as needed.
Order Processing:
Collaborate with external sales teams to process orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
Generate and send order confirmations, invoices, and shipping details to customers.
Quotation Preparation:
Prepare and send detailed and timely quotations to customers based on their requirements and specifications.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate quotations.
Technical Assistance:
Assist customers with technical inquiries related to LED lighting products, including installation, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the technical/external sales team to address customer concerns effectively.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
Sales Coordination:
Collaborate with external sales representatives to support their efforts in generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships.
Provide timely updates on customer interactions and sales activities to the sales team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports and analyses for management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and potential areas for improvement
