Overview
A leading manufacturer of high-quality canvas seat covers and accessories, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced and creative individual who has a passion for sales and marketing.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Manage the sales and marketing team to ensure targets are met
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Work with the product development team to identify new product opportunities
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.)
Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
Prepare sales forecasts and reports to measure performance against targets
Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly
Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management in a relevant industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of the automotive industry would be an advantage
A valid driver's license
