To provide instructional and visionary leadership to educators and support staff whilst maintaining academic progress and quality assurance standards
Educational Requirements:
Teaching Diploma
Degree
Training in assessment and Matric policies
Key performance:
Operational management
DBE QA registration and accreditation
HR Management
Marketing and public relations
Strategic management and development
Management administration
Monitor academic progress
Campus management
Deal with learner queries
Staff management
Monitor all operational practices
Maintain accreditation status
Complete accreditation documentation
Maintain registration status
Submit all registration documents timeously
Maintain staff discipline
Staff appraisals
Staff development and training
Monitoring and evaluation
Monitoring marketing and learner enrolments
Liaising with all relevant stakeholders
Annual academic planning
Constant researching for development opportunities
Skills development
