To ensure that debit orders are processed accurately, timeously and in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
Grade 12
1 years in accounting environment or relevant experience with debit order administration
Exposure to accounting systems
Working knowledge of MS office suite
Intermediate knowledge of excel
Main purpose:
All debit orders are processed accurately, timeously and in accordance with company policy
Debit order processing
Submit debit order batches to bank/online platform
Manage debit order rejection processes
Measure and manage all debit orders in tracking
Reconcile successful debit order submissions against bank statements
Prepare and submit accurate reports within set deadline
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly debit order reports
Review collection reports and identifies areas of concern
