Overview
A Wealth Creation and Business Development Group of Companies is seeking a motivated Sales Representatives to join their team. They specialize in Trusts, Accounting, and Venture Capital, assisting individuals and businesses in creating tax and crash-proof investment portfolios and businesses through specialized trusts. As a Sales Representative, your role involves prospecting, generating leads, conducting needs assessments, educating clients on trust benefits, presenting solutions, and closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about finance, wealth management, and business development to help clients create more wealth and achieve financial goals.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to handle B2B sales
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry
Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Experience in Trusts (Advantageous)
Experience in Accounting (Advantageous)
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Familiarity with the industry’s rules and regulations
Excellent organisational skills
Results-driven and customer focused
Leadership and management skills
Proactive about networking and have strong communication skills to bring in new clients
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with management to develop plans for future growth and profitability.
Setting sales quotas and goals.
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Recruiting new prospective clients from amongst the Small to Medium size Enterprises (SMEs) industry.
Meeting regularly with prospects to introduce them to the Tax, Trust, Accounting and Venture Capital products and services of the group with the goal to recruit them as new clients.
Communicating regularly with clients to handle and resolve customer queries regarding a product or service.
Developing and maintaining good relationships with key clients.
Tracking and analysing sales statistics.
Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to develop and create ongoing lead-generation tools.
