A prominent U.S.-based E-Commerce retailer, specializing in top-quality massage, spa, and medical treatment equipment, and serving a diverse range of clients across the U.S. and Canada, is on the lookout to hire a passionate and dynamic E-Commerce Sales Representative to join their growing team. This company caters to an impressive clientele, including massage therapists, spa professionals, medical practitioners, chiropractors, physical therapists, small businesses, hospitals, educational institutions, and even municipal governments. With sales primarily driven through their online store and Amazon.com, this role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who excel in independent work settings and have a genuine interest in the health, wellness, and beauty industries
Minimum Requirements:
Be able to work from 3:30pm to 12:30am (USA hours)
Reliable high Speed internet access
Own Laptop with Camera and Speakers (For online Meetings)
Bachelor's degree (Related field, highly beneficial)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in over-the-phone and email sales
Professional experience with digital marketing, e.g., managing company social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram)
Exceptional over-the-phone and email sales ability
High degree of responsiveness and punctuality in communications
Precise written and verbal communication skills
Fast, self-guided learner and confident independent operator
Very high attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities:
Field inbound sales inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and RFQs
Qualify and rank the priority of leads
Answer product questions and help leads narrow their search to appropriate products
Create a delivery plan for prospective orders
Move leads through the sales funnel to close and take payment
Handle customer service situations that require a high degree of finesse
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails to past customers
Close sales and achieve monthly sales quota
Source, develop, and create new enterprise customer relationships
Contribute to the development of new sales channels
Manage company social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram) as needed
Learn use cases and markets for the business's highest order value SKUs (approximately 100 SKUs)
Master and apply the company's sales Standard Operating Procedures
Communicate with customers regarding customer service-related issues as needed
