Financial Manager (JB3656)

R600 – 800 000 CTC per annum
Duration: Permanent

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring strict compliance with relevant regulations. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Honours Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional qualification, with the ability to sign off on financial statements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Proven experience in dealing with tax, estates, accounting, and audit
Proficiency in various accounting software
Knowledge and experience in company valuations and financial projections
Familiarity with foreign currency exposure transactions and reporting
Expertise in estate planning
Proven experience in control implementation
Consulting experience in financial services
Advanced tax planning expertise

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee financial statement preparation and compliance
Provide advanced tax planning expertise
Manage CIPC administration tasks
Conduct company valuations and projections
Handle foreign currency transactions and reporting
Develop and implement estate planning strategies
Implement and enhance financial controls
Foster cross-functional collaboration
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations oversight
Provide expert financial consulting to clients
Maintain strong client relationships
