HR/ Office Manager (JB1323)

R35 000 – R45 000 CTC per Month
Working hours are 06:30 – 15:30 due to international business
Global entity specializing in safety solutions within the mining/ engineering sector requires the skills of an experienced; hands on and tech savvy HR/ Office Manager.
Requirements:
6 + years’ experience as an HR/ Office Manager with 3 years specific to HR
Grade 12 coupled with an HR/ IR related tertiary qualification
Knowledge of South African specific Labor Legislation and disciplinary procedures
Able to work 06:30 – 15:30 – Monday to Friday (due to international business)
Responsibilities:
HR:
Recruitment process management
Performance Management (Assist the GM with the preparation for bi annual reviews)
Onboarding and offboarding
Management of any injury on duty incidents
Management of all HR and employee related documentation aligned to Head Office (Australia) requirements and South African legislation
Ensure employee wellness and participate/ arrange social events for staff
Coordination of training plans as well as conducting induction training
Office:
Liaise with outsourced IT services WRT system performance; security and general upkeep of the IT Systems
Project Management of system improvements and upgrades
Provide 1st line/ basic internal IT support
Diary Management for the General Manager
International and local travel coordination
Take minutes of meetings
Other:
Implement and manage an HR and IT Business plan
Implement and manage the Admin / IT budget
Present and attend Weekly management meetings
