Junior Bookkeeper (JB1121)
Location: Randburg, Johannesburg
Salary: R10 000 - R14 000 per month
Automotive company based in Randburg is currently sourcing a Junior Bookkeeper to join their company, initially on a half day basis.
Duties:
• Debtors
o Invoicing Private clients
o Invoicing insurance work
o Collection of outstanding payments
o Receive payments and correct allocation
o Statements
• Creditors
o Capture invoices onto accounting system
o Reconciliations
o Payment of creditors
o Cash flow
o Accurately manage the cash flow register
• Attendance register
o Time and attendance register report
• VAT reports
o Vat reports submission
• Reports
• Insurance final calculations and submissions
Minimum requirements:
• Two years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Organised with good attention to detail
