Well known and established GP practice requires the assistance of a mature seasoned Medical Receptionist/ Administrator to join their close-knit team with a passion for their patients.
Requirements:
Extensive experience working within a busy medical practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with all doctors and patients
Detail orientated
Ability to multitask
Reliable transport as you may be required to work overtime (Evenings and early mornings)
MS Office Suite
Responsibilities:
Answering of an extremely busy switchboard in a professional and customer centric manner
Meeting and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
Diary management/ scheduling of appointments
General Administration such as filing (Hard and soft copies) and typing
Receipt of payment
Processing of claims
