Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator who loves administrative work, is highly organized, and can handle multiple tasks at once. This role is perfect for someone who can keep everything running smoothly, from handling orders to supporting the sales team and ensuring that everything is documented and processed correctly. Minimum Requirements:
Matric or diploma
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Administrative role.
Must have experience using SAP for all sales administration.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems is preferred.
Understanding of exchange rate conversions

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and send quotations to clients.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks like scheduling appointments and preparing sales materials.
Process sales orders, send order confirmations to customers, and ensure everything is accurate in SAP.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to sales.
Keep customer and sales data accurate and up to date in SAP.
Work with the Accounts and Dispatch departments to make sure products are delivered on time.
Monitor inventory levels and order products when needed.
Generate and review sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
Provide the Sales Manager with weekly sales reports and analysis.
Help generate sales leads and reach out to potential customers.
Work with the finance department to manage payments and collections.
Maintain all sales-related documents and records.
Ensure sales activities align with overall business goals and collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
Suggest improvements and develop documents to support new procedures.
Ensure orders or payments are received before starting any work.
Send quotes, invoices, and reports to clients on time and check with the accounts department before work begins.
Take minutes during department meetings.
Assist with booking travel, visas, flights, car hire, and accommodations.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are completed for projects.
Follow the correct procedures for exporting or importing products.
Submit supplier and customer invoices to the accounts department promptly.
Assist with reception tasks as needed.
Handle any other administrative tasks as required.
Report any issues that could affect the company’s reputation to senior management.
Complete a daily timesheet.
Handle any internal billing tasks.
