As a Sales Rep for this established Services company, you will be responsible for implementing business and sales strategies to sell hygiene services to customers. Applicants should have previous experience in hygiene solutions, be a self-starter and have excellent needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certified
Solid Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office Package)
Relevant tertiary qualification
Driver’s License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle
Proven track record of Sales
Knowledge of the Hygiene Industry regulations including Operational and Client requirements
Knowledge of Hygiene costing would be advantageous
Working knowledge of performance management matrix
Travel is essential for this position
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop sales plans and forecast market potential within an allocated territory/target market
Pro-actively identify and establish communications with organisations that can benefit from the range of services
Generate quotes and pricing options in accordance with client requests
Build referral relationships and lead generation network
Establish a relationship with the Clients, whereby the Sales Representatives becomes familiar with the Sales and Marketing Service requirements of each Client
Conduct telephonic and physical canvassing of potential/new clients according to an agreed KPI
Maintain a calendar with scheduled appointments for the week that can be viewed by management
Provide regular feedback on sales activity to management Maintain the “Pipedrive” sales monitoring platform by providing the relevant information
