Temporary Medical Receptionist (JB3637)

R8 000 - R10 000 per month
Three Month Contract (Maternity Assignment)

A thriving private medical practise is looking for a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join their team for a 3-month contract to Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries.
If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and some knowledge of VeriClaim, we encourage you to apply.


Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in a medical practise
Computer Literate
Reliable transport
Knowledge of Vericlaim would be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries.
Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
Verify insurance information and assist with the VeriClaim process.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care efficiently.
Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and sorting mail.
Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
