Tier 2 IT Support Technician (JB1362)
Location: Rivonia, Johannesburg
Salary: R18 - 22 000 per month
Duration: Fixed term three-month contract, with the possibility of extension to permanent
Our client has been providing IT support, services, hardware and software solutions to clients across South Africa for over 20 years and is currently expanding its team and looking for performance driven individuals.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years’ experience providing technical support in all technical infrastructures including basic server/networking system processes, desktop security, remote cloud computing, Microsoft 365 administration, hosting, web services, hardware and software on multiple devices including PC, Mac and mobile.
You should have strong trouble shooting and problem resolution ability, able to manage relationships and deal with difficult clients, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Retention of the client by giving exceptional service.
Efficiency and effectiveness resulting from improved technical service deliver.
Data accuracy and relevance for managing the business operations.
Delivering the service three times faster than the client expects with high levels of communication
