Overview
A company specializes in offering top-quality textile fastening solutions to the textile and associated industries, is looking for a professional and dedicated Invoicing and Sales Clerk to join their Team.  They are strategically positioned in three locations across the country: KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, and the Western Cape. 
 
Minimum Requirements:
Experienced in using Sage Evolution
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Time-management skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Be able to work in a high pressure environment
Organization skills
Ability to multitask
Proactive and self-directed
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that orders are captured correctly within the specified deadlines
Giving feedback to customers regarding delivery date & ETA’s when stock has to arrive from Durban/JHB
Ensuring that the orders are dispatched within the specified deadlines
Capturing prices on Cardex within guidelines provided
Receiving and processing of quotation requests and ensuring timeous response to customers
Capturing prices on Cardex within guidelines provided
Processing of payments received for quotations
Get delivery dates from Head office/ stores person at branch level
Advise stores person on forecast stock for customers orders (stock can be ordered in advance )
Putting through sales orders on sage
Sending customer purchase orders for colour numbers
Sending delivery dates of the sales orders to the customer
Processing invoices and printing packing list
Sending Samples and quotations to the customer
Credit notes
Assisting with admin duties as and when required
Filling sample approval forms and customer purchase orders
Creating codes on sage
