Product/ Business Analyst (JB4044)
Rosebank, Johannesburg (Hybrid - 3 days in office/ week)
R100 000 - R140 000 CTC per month

An emerging fintech company is in search of a dynamic and seasoned Product/ Business Analyst with a specialized emphasis on online banking solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
5 or more years in a similar role, specifically within the fintech industry.
Prior experience in software development.
Robust understanding of payment infrastructure, financial technologies, and regulatory considerations.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences within the fintech and payment solutions domain.
Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and market analysts to gather insights and feedback.
Analyze existing product offerings to identify areas for improvement.
Translate identified customer use cases into detailed, actionable user stories for developers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and functionalities based on customer impact and business goals.
Ensure alignment of user stories with the overall product strategy and roadmap.
