Overview
We are looking for a Fund Accountant or Fund Administrator who is seeking an opportunity to apply their knowledge in a consulting capacity with clients both locally and internationally within an established software and solutions company.
The environment is great, with amazing staff retention. The company offers free lunch when in office, a flat structure with no micromanagement and lots of knowledge sharing. It is ideal for a candidate who is highly skilled and wants to diversify their knowledge into a support direction.
The ideal candidate would have a good understanding of the employee benefits processes, have initiative and willingness to learn, be a team player but able to work independently when required and have a good eye for detail and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fund Accountant or Employee Benefits Administrator
Matric
Consideration to travel both locally and in Sub Saharan Africa
Above average Excel skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Using your knowledge of the employee benefits, provide support to clients and inhouse Consultants
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
