Junior Operations Analyst (JB4487)

R15 000 - R20 000 per month CTC

A leading provider of automated cash management and payment solutions within the retail community is looking for a junior operations analyst to join their team.

As the Junior Operations Analyst your role be to support the current Capital team by analyzing complex data sets and identify shortcomings and or opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
2+ years experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office
Project management diploma/ degree in a related field advantageous

Duties:
Provide administrative support for operations.
Monitor and manage all incoming data channels and alerts.
Prepare and submit operational reports to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct credit analysis on applications received.
Draft loan agreements for approved applications.
Address client queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Send decline notifications for applications via the app.
Record and report on returned debit orders.
Record and report on vault arrears.
Maintain and update SQL databases.
Transition clients to debit orders or vault collections.
Update the app channel with current information.
Remove declined applications from the app.
