R25 – 30 000 CTC per month

A leading IT services provider committed to delivering top-tier technology solutions is currently seeking a Mid-Level Onsite Technician to support our client in Sandton, Gauteng. If you're a skilled technician with a passion for on-site support and a knack for solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you!

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant IT certifications or qualifications are advantageous
2-4 years of on-site technical support experience preferred
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proximity to Sandton for on-site support

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support to end-users
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
Maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions
Assist with IT asset management and inventory control
Keep up-to-date with technology trends and best practices
Deliver exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
